What We’re Eating This Week

I’ve recently returned to menu planning after a long hiatus. I was sick all through my first trimester of pregnancy and half way through my second and that meant a lot of eating out and take out food (when I could actually eat). I’m in my third trimester now and feel so much better and am thankful to be planning our meals once again!

I’ve also discovered a new resource, Pinterest. (I know; I’m late to the game.) It’s been awesome with helping me plan my meals and you can find most of the recipes from this menu plan on my Menu Plan Board. I’ll be starting fresh on Saturday though so all the meals we’ve already had will be deleted off to make room for my new meals. I’ve got a fun surprise for next week’s menu so look Friday for that. 🙂

Snacks: Homemade Strawberry Banana PopsiclesMarshmallow Carmel Popcorn, Watermelon, Blueberries, Lara Bars, Luna Bars, Kashi Bars
