About

I blog about those things I’m passionate about like cloth diapering, breastfeeding (past infancy), bedsharing/co-sleeping, baby-led solids, natural childbirth, attachment parenting, natural living, Christianity, miscarriage awareness and babywearing.

Julia is a stay-at-home mom to a preschool daughter, Marcella and a toddler son, Jude. She also volunteers for Natural Parents Network and The Other Baby Book as well as being a contributor for Modern Alternative Mama, The Ergobaby Blog, and Carolina Farm Stewardship Association. She also is a member of the Litterless Lunch Team for Wean Green. Locally she is the Leader of the Greenville Cloth Diapering Group as well as the Co-Organizer for The Greenville Attachment Parenting Playgroup and is on the Leadership Board for Upstate Birth Network.

Lori is the wife of an Army officer, a teacher and current resident of West Point, NY. She has one infant son and has plans to adopt in the near future as well. She has an undergrad degree in social studies education and a Master’s of Letters in Renaissance literature.
