Clean Eating Meal Plans

If you haven’t heard of E-meals yet, they are a meal planning service which means they give you a week’s worth of meals and the shopping list so that all you have to do each week is shop and cook. 🙂 For someone like me who seems to take hours to create a meal plan each week, this is a wonderful service.

I signed up for E-meals a couple years ago. I LOVED how easy it was and how many hours it saved me each week. The meals were not the type that took an hour or two to cook each night either. The meals were quick, simple and always included a side dish that was quick and simple as well. My big problem was our family likes to eat healthy meals and I was having to replace or alter a lot of the meals or I’d make them and know it wasn’t the healthiest option.

You can imagine how excited I was when I saw they had a new clean eating meal plan! (They also have a Whole Foods organic plan at this time as well.)

To access your meal plans each week, you sign in and have the option to either download/print a PDF or view in your browser. I liked being able to save the PDF to my desktop but also have the option to go back to the web page to view during the week when making the recipe. Consequently, I never really needed to print anything out except the shopping list. If one of the meals isn’t something you decide you want to make, it is really easy to take those items off your shopping list as each recipe is given a number that corresponds to numbers on the actual list. Just cross those items off your list.

My husband and I also enjoyed trying some new healthy ingredients that we hadn’t yet tried like lentils (which for some reason intimidated me but now I see they are really easy to make and yummy, too!) And I finally found a black bean burger recipe my husband actually likes! Some of the meals included in my meal plans were: Clean Taco Salad, Salmon Cakes with Grapefruit Salsa, Greek Chicken Wraps, Tomato Goat Cheese Frittata and Whole Wheat Penne with Bacon, Tomato and Asparagus.
If you would like to start meal planning but are just too intimidated by the time it takes and finding good quality healthy meals, this would be perfect for you!

I was not required to give a positive review and all opinions are 100% my own. I only review products that I either have purchased myself and love or products I have been given a chance to review by the company that I believe are products my readers would benefit from.
