Teaching Thankfulness and the Real Thanksgiving Story

As a new contributor at Modern Alternative Mama, my first post addresses Thanksgiving and what I want to teach my children. Now that my daughter is four and is aware of what culturally is believed about Thanksgiving, I want to teach her the real truths about the holiday.
