Meals this Week (Plus Two Days)

We ended up not making all of the meals last week because we were given some food that ended up lasting us 2 days worth of meals which was really nice. That being said, that is why there are some repeats from last week since I never actually needed to make them last week. Also, my in-laws are coming into town at the end of the week so we’re eating some things we don’t normally to accomodate them.

My Sweetness Basket from Milk and Honey Organics this week contained:

  • Fancy Gala Apples
  • Local Okra (Pinebreeze Farm, Ware Place)
  • Local Cucumbers (Chef’s Greenhouse, Seneca)
  • Local Cherry Tomatoes (Chef’s Greenhouse, Seneca)
  • Nectarines
  • White Corn
  • Broccoli
  • Sweet Basil
  • Mixed Baby Salad Greens
  • Red Beauty Plums
  • Pluots
Here is how I’m utilizing my produce from Milk and Honey Organics in this week’s meal plan, and, as always, I use the Publix weekly ad to help save money as well.
