Tips for Taking a Media Break
Every once in awhile, it might be a good idea to take a step away from the computer, phone and television and enjoy a couple days media free. It will give you a fresh perspective on what is really important in your digital life and what is not, as well as bringing to light some other things you may enjoy when your time is freed up a bit.
