Healthy Menu Plan Monday
I’m trying out a new menu plan service that I’m pretty excited about starting this week. so you’ll see a lot of recipes aren’t linked because they are from there. I will be posting a review of the service once I’ve tried it out and a giveaway, too so be looking for that in the future!
Here’s our dinners for this week (with an asterisk next to those from the new menu planning service):
Monday – Baked Creole Chicken served with Roasted Asparagus (thanks to Becoming Crunchy for the recipe for the asparagus!)
Tuesday – Grilled Salmon with Tomato and Basil* served with Green Beans
Wednesday – Chicken with Whole Mustard & Zucchini Packets* served with Brown Rice
Thursday – Southwestern Quinoa Salad* served with Carrots and Salsa Dip
Friday – Chicken Fajitas* served with Black Beans
Saturday – Dinner with family, we’re bringing Tangy Rice Casserole and Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream
