I was able to try out the Citrus + Mint Nourishing Shampoo and Citrus + Mint Nourishing Conditioner. And, no, I’m not pregnant if you were wondering. 🙂 The beauty of Nine Naturals is you can use it and enjoy it beyond pregnancy as well. I love the invigorating scent. It smells fresh and spunky! The scent I was loving is made from only pure essential oils, specifically lemon, lime and peppermint. The scents used in Nine Naturals products are purposefully chosen to help common pregnancy complaints like fatigue and nausea and they are also purposefully not overwhelming since the pregnant nose is highly sensitive to smell.

Besides the scent, it works beautifully as well. I had soft, silky hair after using it. It is also safe for color-treated hair so no worries there! What they keep out of their products is just as important as the goodness they put in. You’ll find that all of their formulations are 100% plant-based and you’ll never find sulfates, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, DEA, synthetic fragrances or artificial preservatives in any of their lovely products.

In addition to the products I tried, they also have a Mandarin + Ginger Restorative Conditioner which is great for a weekly hair mask to really moisturize your hair, a Citrus + Geranium Soothing Body Wash and a Vanilla + Geranium Regenerative Pregnancy Belly Butter & Stretch Mark Cream. The cream is something I’ll definitely buy if I ever am pregnant again. I loved slathering my belly in cream but what I used was full of yucky chemicals and greasy. Nine Naturals is a non-greasy formula and, of course, contains only pure, nourishing ingredients.
