Lucy Locket Creations Giveaway {CLOSED}

I’ve been wanting to tell you all about Lucy Locket Creations for awhile now. It is the fabulous Etsy shop of Lori, a contributor here at A Little Bit of All of It, and my wonderful friend. I have been privileged to receive many items from her shop over the last couple years and have very much enjoyed every single one of them.

Lucy Locket Creations is a little of this and a little of that. Every creation is handmade for your home and family. She started out with pillows and quilts and has expanded from there. She also loves custom requests and has done many custom items for me.

The very first items I requested to have custom made were a dragon tail and a skirt for my daughter’s dragon-themed birthday party. The dragon tail has since become a big hit in her shop. It is an awesome dress up play item and can be made as a dinosaur tail or dragon tale. You can choose the colors to customize it as well. The Artful Mama reviewed the Dino tail and her 2 boys loved it.

I also had Lori create a cloth number set with math symbols and Marcella loves it. I adore the different fabrics used. It is a really sweet set. We’ve been using it to learn to add and they are great for play as well. Jude even chews on them. šŸ˜‰ My favorite is the Peter Rabbit fabric on the number 8.

For Jude, she made me some wonderful burp cloths. They are fantastic because they are soft flannel on one side which is so nice for wiping up baby’s face. They are also thinner than my other burp cloths which makes them really easy to throw in whatever bag I have without taking up much room at all. The cute patterns are a definite plus, too! I also have a really nice changing pad that rolls up and is secured with a loop.

My favorite item I had her make me was a mobile for Jude’s room! We picked out some fabric and asked if she could create stars and moons pieces for a mobile and she happily agreed. It is just perfect! I seriously adore it.

More recently I had her make me a couple things that relate to my favorite hobby, babywearing! I really wanted a bag to store my soft structured carriers in. I wanted a way to keep the straps and everything contained in a bag for storing them in my closet and for when traveled. Lori set to work creating the perfect baby carrier bag for me. Lucky for you, she has decided to carry them in her shop so you can enjoy one for yourself. šŸ™‚ You get to pick the fabrics to customize your bag, too which is pretty cool and she can make them to whatever dimensions you prefer. Mine is lined with a pretty tulip fabric and the outside is a nice denim. She pulled out all the stops so it has a reinforced strap and a drawstring closure. The bottom is a little firmer so it’s really easy to slip your carrier in. Mine is generously sized so I can put any of my carriers in it, even my Onya Baby Outback, my largest carrier. I just close it up and throw the bag on my shoulder using the handy strap and I’m ready to go!

Once I had my bag, I wanted the perfect thing to store my wraps in. I had some zippered pouches handmade by Lori and, as it turns out, they are wonderful for storing my precious wovens in! I just roll them up and put them in the pouch and now I feel comfortable traveling with them. No more being nervous about the wrong thing coming in contact with my wrap and snagging or staining it in the trunk. And it makes organizing a lot easier, too. I have 2 sizes of pouches, a medium and large. The large zippered pouch is 12″ x 9″ and easily fits my size 5 India rolled up. Lori will custom make a pouch in whatever size you request so just measure what you want to store and contact her. Of course, you can customize the fabric on the pouches as well.

Lucy Locket Creations also carries many other items like custom crib sheets, fabric pillows, quilts, yoga bags, purses, etc. Stop by and check the shop out!

Would you like your own large zippered pouch to store your wraps? I’m giving away one of the 12″ x 9″ size pouches via the Rafflecopter entry system below! Good luck!
