Regency Salon and Spa

Last week I attended the Grand Re-Opening of Regency Salon and Spa on Haywood Road. (It’s across from Chili’s  and next to Saskatoon’s.) The salon is under new ownership and has been completely renovated so they wanted to give the public an opportunity to come see the new look and meet the new staff.

It was a really fun time! The food was catered by The Melting Pot and Saskatoon’s so it was delicious. My favorite was the gourmet cheeses, bruschetta and chocolate fondue! They had tons of awesome giveaways, my favorite being the $50 gift cards to Melting Pot. Sadly, I did not win anything. Mayor Knox White was there to cut the ribbon (I missed this though) and considers this the first step in the renewal of the Haywood Road area.

As far as the salon, it looks fabulous! It has been completely redesigned with many of the booths converted into private rooms and suites. The entrance is stone and the interior is painted in brown hues giving it an earthy, calming quality. They offer the typical salon style services as well as spa services like facials and massages. Go check them out! It really is a very upscale salon and spa that I enjoyed seeing!
